Your personal information may be collected on behalf of AnglicareSA by the DIVINE DINING contracted event management provider, Big Fish Events Group, photographer, videographer, caterer and other contracted suppliers.

Purpose of collecting your information

Certain personal information is required to successfully finalise your ticket purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information, please contact donate@anglicaresa.com.au to discuss further before finalising your registration.

Disclosure of your personal information

Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties, including but not limited to DIVINE DINING contracted event management provider, Big Fish Events Group, photographer, videographer, caterer and other contracted suppliers.

Your image or other personal information may also be included in photos/videos published to promote the DIVINE DINING event.

Your personal information may be disclosed to other parties where you have agreed, or whether it is otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act.

Digital Media and Photography Consent

By registering to attend the DIVINE DINING event, I consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded in any medium, by:

• any staff of AnglicareSA
• AnglicareSA agents, including but not limited to any photographer, interviewer, creative agency or media organisation for the purposes of promoting the DIVINE DINING event.

I consent to and authorise the use and disclosure by AnglicareSA and its Agents of any photographs, footage, words, images, quotes or other comments made by or attributed to me, and any other personal information about me, including personal information, collected in connection with the DIVINE DINING event (together, the ‘Material’) for the purpose of promoting the DIVINE DINING event and for any related purposes.

I consent to and authorise the Material being made publicly available including by publishing it as is or as part of any book, newspaper advertisement or article, television advertisement or programme, radio advertisement or programme and including on the internet and any other media at any time. I understand that once the Material is published that it will be in the public domain and AnglicareSA and its Agents are limited in their ability to prevent subsequent use and dissemination of that Material even if information about me in it (such as my employment status) has ceased to be true or is otherwise misleading at the time of its use.
