When and where will the Conference take place?
The conference will take place on Wednesday 18th October, 2023 at the Ian McLachlan room at Adelaide Oval.
How can I register? What are the registration rates?
Registration can be made
via the event portal on the Registration tab. There is a reduced fee for students and volunteers.
Is the Conference schedule available?
You can see the program of thought-provoking speakers and
expert-led discussions on the Program page. The
program and timings are subject to change. Additions and updates will be posted on our
website weekly and shared across our social media channels.
When will the exhibition hall be open?
The exhibition hall will be open from 0830 – 1630 on
Wednesday 18th October, 2023.

How can my organisation become a Conference sponsor? To become sponsor, please contact Melissa Dunbar at melissa@bigfishevents.com.au
How do I apply for a volunteer or student ticket? Click on the link under the Volunteer and Student pricing advising the conference organisers of your volunteer position and or student number. If approved by the organisation, a separate link for your registration will be sent to you directly. This is for your single registration and not to be shared.
How do I pay for our tickets? Tickets are paid for securely using PayPal.
Heading to Adelaide Oval? Plan your journey by searching your preferred route and timetable by using ‘Adelaide Oval’ as your destination.
Bus
- All regular Adelaide Metro services operating to or stopping near the stadium will be available during events at Adelaide Oval.
Train
- Regular train services will operate during events at Adelaide Oval, with the Adelaide Railway Station located 600m from the stadium.
- Patrons can make their way to the Oval by exiting the Railway Station and crossing the Riverbank Bridge.
- Regular tram services will operate during events at Adelaide Oval, with all three routes stopping near the stadium. The closest stop to Adelaide Oval is the Festival Plaza Tram Stop, located on King William Road and 500m to the stadium.
- Other routes will stop at the Adelaide Railway Station Tram Stop, which patrons can walk through the Railway Station and cross to the Riverbank Bridge to reach the stadium. Selected tram services have designated ‘free zones’, so patrons can ride the tram for free to Adelaide Oval in these specified areas
Where can I park on the day? Adelaide Oval operates two car parks on non-event days. These car parks are open to all visitors including Oval Hotel guests and those attending functions at Adelaide Oval.

- Wilson Parking offers a $15.50 Early Bird Book-A-Bay Car Park in the East Car Park on non-event days.

- Wilson Parking offers a $10 Book-A-Bay Car Park in the North Car Park on non-event days.
